Alright, so who the hell is Kurt Astarita, and why the hell would you care to listen to one damn thing someone like me has to say? 

Post 40 Gains' history is really quite simple: I have a feeling that true growth, the kind that changes your life, isn't stymied by a damn calendar. It's all about your attitude, your willingness to work, and having a system that actually works.

I'm not here to share my whole life story with you, bro. That's not what I do. But know this: everything you see on this site, every tip and every tactic, is based on experience, in the dirt, from my lifestyle.

I've created my own home gym, trained for arm wrestling utilizing modified calisthenics, learned how to gain with time efficiency, and learned what works and doesn't over the years and years of grinding. This is not a theoretical shit; it is battle-tested knowledge.
